Program overview
Program name: OnDial Transactional SMS
Purpose: OnDial sends low-volume transactional SMS messages to clinic contacts who request updates related to the OnDial service they are onboarding or operating. Messages may include receptionist draft readiness, onboarding and activation reminders, forwarding or test confirmations, and critical account or security notifications. OnDial does not use this SMS program for third-party marketing or affiliate promotion.
Consent and opt-out
Enrollment occurs only when a clinic contact explicitly provides a mobile number through an OnDial-owned form or setup flow and affirmatively agrees to receive transactional SMS messages from OnDial.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
OnDial does not currently rely on keyword-based text opt-in for this program unless specifically stated in the relevant workflow.
Message frequency varies based on account activity and service events, but the program is intended to remain low-volume and event-driven.
